RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong product
  • There is a printing defect or production issue

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.


Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect order selection by the customer
  • Minor colour differences caused by screen settings

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed after reviewing the issue and may take several business days depending on the payment method.


Replacement Orders

If a replacement is approved, we will arrange a new product shipment as quickly as possible.
